If you are battling with acne in adulthood you already know what a pain it can be. If you go to a salon for a facial let them know you want something that can help with your acne.
If you are doing a facial at home, pick something that has tea tree oil in it, which is great for battling acne. You could also make your own acne blasting facial using tea tree oil with a carrier oil, and maybe even adding something soothing like lavender oil.
Dealing With Dry Skin
If you have dry skin certain times of the year can be painful for you. If you swim a lot in the summer it can make your skin even dryer. And, the winter chill will make it almost unbearable for your skin. Getting a moisturizing facial can help.

The essential oils you add to the mix will not only help your skin, but the scents can help you relax as well. Lavender is extremely relaxing. You can also pick scents that make you feel good or remind you of childhood happiness.
