Let’s be honest. We could all use an improvement in our eating habits from time to time. Sometimes it’s simply far too easy to fill our stomachs with quick, easy, and cheap food that does nothing for our body nutritionally. Just because something is cheap, doesn’t mean it has to be bad for your health. If you’re not really sure how to even begin to modify your body’s nutritional intake for the better, then you’re in the right spot. Eat more organic fruits and veggies
You should aim to consume about three servings of veggies, and two servings of fruit every single day. Fruits and vegetables provide your body with a plethora of useful nutrients and vitamins. Organic vegetables are even better! They taste better. They are more pure, as they haven’t been subjected to any pesticides or gmo’s. You would probably be buying these fruits and vegetables from a locally grown farm, so you’re actually helping your community neighbors just as much as you’re helping yourself and/or your family.
