Exercise Together
A great way to spend time with your family and work on everyone’s health is to exercise together. But to help you get off on the right track, Health.com recommends trying things like playing sports, swimming, jumping rope, dancing, or even just taking a nice walk together. Ideally, you should be doing at least 20 minutes of activity each day, so try to pick something fun that your family will all enjoy doing together for at least that long.
