What you put in your body has a lot to do with the health of your body. That’s why you shouldn’t smoke or do drugs. Even alcohol can have immediate negative effects on your liver, and the more you drink (and the longer) it can have permanent damage. If you’re living on a diet of fatty and greasy foods and allowing yourself to be overweight or obese you are also damaging your liver and shortening your lifespan.
If you eat fresh foods and make wise decisions, picking foods rich in healthy nutrients, you can live longer and do it with far more energy.
